Refund and Cancellation

This Refund and Cancellation Policy explains how subscriptions to Workro's products and services (the "Services"), provided by Workro AI Solutions Pvt. Ltd., may be cancelled and our approach to refunds. It forms part of, and should be read together with, our Terms and Conditions.
1. Subscriptions and renewals
Paid plans are subscriptions that renew automatically until cancelled — monthly or annually, depending on the billing cycle you select. The applicable fee is charged at the start of each billing period through our payment partner (Razorpay).
2. Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's billing settings, or by emailing hello@workro.in. When you cancel:
- Your plan remains active until the end of the current paid billing period.
- At the end of that period, your workspace reverts to the Free plan and you are not charged again.
- Your data is retained in accordance with our Terms and Conditions.
3. Refunds
Fees already paid are non-refundable, except where a refund is required by applicable law. We do not provide pro-rated refunds for partial billing periods, nor refunds for periods during which the Services were available to you but not used. Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not refund the current period.
4. Free plans and trials
Free plans are not charged. Where a free trial is offered, you will not be charged during the trial period, and you may cancel before it ends to avoid being charged for the subsequent paid period.
5. Duplicate or erroneous charges
If you believe you were charged in error, or more than once for the same billing period, please email hello@workro.in within 7 days of the charge with your account email and the payment reference. Verified duplicate or erroneous charges will be refunded to the original payment method, typically within 5–7 business days.
6. How approved refunds are issued
Where a refund is due or approved, it is processed to the original payment method via our payment gateway. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account depends on your bank or card issuer, and is typically 5–7 business days after the refund is initiated.
